Fatherly love and kindness

Describe a positive thing a family member has done for you.

My father was a wonderful example of showing love and kindness to others. I saw him give help to the weak, poor, handicapped as well as imprisoned.

He did not hesitate to pay a family’s utility bills when they were in need, with power and utilities out, or buy clothes for needy children. He traveled several hours round trip to reunite an imprisoned man with his teenage son.

I’m sure there were many other deeds of kindness that I was not aware of, but his spirit of generosity was prevalent.

Thank you, Daddy, for showing me by your examples how to show love for others. Your examples have inspired me to show love to others as well.

A positive thing a family member has done for me is when my I was holding my first born Isiah. He was 3 months old at the time and I remember looking at him and just embracing his state of being then suddenly a rainfall of the meaning of love awaken my Spirit within to notice the importance of saying the words I love you. If I wouldn’t had received the gift of my first born I wouldn’t had been able to know how to say I love you to my mom and everything else that followed beyond my emotional life. He was born to open the generational pathways of saying I love you from that moment on. 🥹
